Step One:

BACKUP YOUR WTF AND INTERFACE FOLDER -- Cut/Copy your WTF and Interface folder from your world of warcraft folder, and place them on your desktop, or another location.
[This step is unecessary, it is only to ensure that if the UI you have downloaded does not work, you can revert back to yours.]

Step Two:

DELETE The "Interface" and "WTF" files from your world of warcraft folder. Also delete a "Fonts" Folder [IF YOU HAVE ONE]

Step Three:

Export or simply drag and drop the "WTF", "Interface", and "Fonts" Folder from the Forra's UI folder into your World of Warcraft folder.

Step Four:

Go into the WTF folder you put into the world of warcraft folder.
World of warcraft>WTF>Account -- where it says ACCOUNT NAME HERE, Rename the folder with the name of your account. [NOT YOUR BATTLE-NET EMAIL, YOU'RE ORIGNINAL ACCOUNT NAME] Then open that folder. Where it says SERVER NAME HERE, Rename the folder with the name of the server you play, then open that folder. Rename the folder CHARACTER NAME HERE with the name of your main characacter that you would like to use the UI on.

OPTIONAL STEP:

If you have multiple characters in which you would like to use my UI on, then COPY [NOT CUT] the "CHARACTER NAME HERE", or the folder with the name of your Main character, and paste another copy into the same area. Rename the new folder with the name of the alt you want to use the UI on.

CONGRATULATIONS! THE UI IS INSTALLED, HOWEVER...

When you log in, you'll most likely experience a lot of CRAP all over your screen. To turn all that junk into my ui, type EXACTLY AS FOLLOWS /reflux switch Forra

MAKE SURE TO CAPITALIZE THE "F" IN FORRA. Now your screen SHOULD look just like mine. Please report all errors you MAY enounter in installing and using my UI.
