MacroSwap by Lokh (of Fusion/Turalyon)
This add-on is based off MiniTrinketMenu by Gello.
MacroSwap enables quick macro switching from your action bar. Mousing over any macro on your action bar will open a menu of macros. Clicking on a macro from the menu swaps it into the action bar slot. MacroSwap allows advanced filtering of macros for further customization. As permitted by the UI, MacroSwap cannot be used while in combat.

filterByIcon (show only macros matching the selected action bar button icon texture)
filterByPound (MacroSwap is only enabled for macros that have a # as the first character in the macro name; e.g. "#Say: Hello")
filterByTag (show only macros matching the first word in the selected action bar button macro name;
e.g. a macro named "Say: Stuff" would match another named "Say: Hello")
