Letui V2  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: Letui V2.4
by: Léthalvenom [More]

This ui is optimized for 1920x1080 resolutions!!
(it can be used for other also, but you will have to make some adjustments)

Updated for 4.3

Special thnx to Seerah & Sockzor (Shadowmage UI) for helping me out so much to get what I had in mind.

Working on an improved version atm for 5.3,I just came back from a break on WoW!!

This UI was originally made for tanks/dps and for raidleading but I made some changes and can now also be used for healing without problems.
Since the UI was based on tanking/dps the unit frames are positioned close to each other and close to all info that is important.
This was to make sure you can see all relevant things in one catch of the eye.
The artwork has changed alot compared to my first uploads on the compilation pages.
The bar on top is now class colored when entering the game.
In the dps ui you will see a purple holographic skull in recount,in the healing ui a spirithealer.
(as shown on the pics)
Healers might want to adjust Grid to your own needs since i m just not a healer. It is customised for healing purposes also but maybe you like some more tweaks on it.

NOTE : Make sure that all add-ons are enabled before entering the game and read the installation instructions below if this is your first UI download

Setup: at login first time on a char u will see a box asking u what layout u want

Switching layouts : the button above the minimap is there to switch easely between DPS & Healing layout after the initial install.

The micro menu + 2 extra bars are hidden on the left next to the buffbars,u will see them while hovering over them with your mouse.

Feel free to ask questions about things that might be nice to see back in this ui in future updates or just to give some feedback.

FEATURES TO COME IN NEXT UPLOAD :
-an option that gives a bit more horde related feeling to the ui (since the gryphons are more alliance styled)
-fitting for all resolutions (without making adjustments, now only fits wide screen resolutions well)
-a version with all panels classcolored.

Hope u will like playing on it as much as i do

Installation Instructions

1) Back up your "Interface" and "WTF" folders and store them away safely, then delete them from your WoW folder.
2) Extract the "Interface" and "WTF" folders contained in the .rar into your WoW directory.
3) Open up the new WTF folder, and then the Account folder located in it.
4) Rename the folder called "YOURACCOUNTNAME" to your account name. Keep caps.
5) Open the folder, and rename the folder "YourRealmName" in it to the name of the realm your character is located on.
6) Open that folder and rename the folder located in it called "YourCharName" to your character's name.
7) When you start the game, make sure to enable out of date add ons.
8) Everything should work like it is now.

If the bars aren t positioned well type /rl in game or just log in and out.

I didn t create any of these add-ons/artwork used in this interface so all credit goes to the creators itself.
The list of used add-ons can be found on the pics.
I do not claim any rights towards add-ons/artwork used in this interface.
Its a compilation of stuff i gathered true the years playing wow and i just like to create nice ui's.

Additional thnx to Waky, P3lim, Xrystal & Phanx (for the critical eye) and all the add-on builders out there without who's hard work this kind of art would be impossible!

V2.4
Experience bar placed on another place (didn t notice before since i barely played low level alts)
some tweaks in the chatpanel and gridpanel

V2.3
Some extra updated add-ons
Hiding the spelltimer bar out of combat
Sexymap is modded to get the old original look back i was having before author updated the add-on
Some minor tweaks here and there in menu's (for example the ForteXcorcist menu)

V2.2
Made the UI compatible with patch 5.0.4
Changed some things in bartender, added profiles for melee and ranged
Fixed most errors and broken things
Optional Files (0)

Sorry i haven t been able to reply sooner. Had some internet probs and raids. First off all,ty very much for liking this ui
Normally if bartender is loaded properly the bars should appear like they are on that picture. The buttons i m using over there can be found in your spellbook if u are playing a paladin. Maybe since its a new patch u will have to update the add-ons used in this ui. A part i used can be found on this website, the others on curse.com.
For configuring Bartender type /bar in game and unmark "lock".
But like i said normally the bars should be in place and the buttons can be found in the spellbook (press P in game to open it up) and manually drop them into the slots.
Don t forget before entering the game to acces the add ons menu and mark load out of date add-ons btw.
If u need some more help let me know and we ll try to find a solution

I like it a lot but I don't know if I could replace RealUI with it.. Is there color profiles to change the color of everything or do i have to do that manually through all the mods?

The Realui is replaced by this one since u first have to delete some folders first before putting this in.
If u follow the steps below the Realui is removed completely and u still have a back up of it.
LetUI V2 has a fully automated install and u don t have to switch profiles of mess around with settings. Just make sure all add-ons are enabled and specially Letuisetup.

For installing this UI do the following :

If for some reason u don t like colors the way the UI is showing them than u have to reconfigure them yourself manually.
Atm i m working on a version wich is making the used panels classcolored.

:)

Well the UI itself looks great! I would just like to change the colors around. But I am not good with LUA files or whatever that craziness is. I am going to try this out anyways cause I like the way it looks THAT much! keep up the good work

What colors do u want to change m8? Since i built this UI so (that except for a few add-ons) nothing is done with lua and that people with no knowledge can alter the UI to their needs by going into the regular menu.
And thnx alot for the compliment

Unfortunally you will have to go into kgpanels than and manually change every background gradient color to black. U will have to do this for the chat-grid-recount panels and each line related to them.
What also gave a nice effect is if u go into kgpanels and change the back ground gradient color into black for
chat 1
chat2/grid
recount
stance bar
timer bar
Funny u want them black since i choose white as maincolor since every one else is going black
