SSPVP3 is mostly improvements and recodes to sections of code, along with adding support for 3.0.x features.

Herald yells inside Alterac Valley are changed to be more consistant and will be colored by the faction that triggered it, you can also see how many resources are gained via the Mines inside the overlay along with chat alerts when the Captains are slain by a faction. Timers for how long until graveyards, bunkers and towers are included for Arathi Basin and Alterac Valley.

Includes match information like time left, nodes to win, final scores for Arathi Basin and Eye of the Storm. Along with flag carriers inside Warsong Gulch and Eye of the Storm, including coloring by flag carrier class and carriers health (when available). Other features are things like modifying the players arena panel to show both weekly and seasonal stats instead of having to toggle them as well as displaying team leader even if they're offline, or showing break down by server/class on the battlefield scoreboard and more, see configuration for a better list on all the features SSPVP3 has.

See, /sspvp ui for configuration, /arena for different data functions like games required to hit 30%, points -> rating or rating -> points conversions.

Thank you for this great mod, it is somewhat a necessity now since BGAssist causes massive game lock ups and skips since 2.1 and it's author has disappeared, I like this one better anyways, thanks for your work.


- By the way Shadow, the "SSUI" part of your download has the wrong TOC.

Scores not showing is fixed, no options for BGReformat is intended, i'm not sure how much of it I want to reimplement right now since it's incredibly hard to make something compatabile with chat mods and not sure if I want to add the ability to split stuff off for server names.

Levels aren't appearing on the scoreboard, and all server names are white and not in their own column.

Also, all BGReformat settings are gone or something. Can't adjust any of them.

Alrighty. I can see you're adjusting to the new patch and you know a lot of things are broken.

Would you like bug reports now or would you prefer to get all the bugs you know of yourself already first?

Dunno if they do email notifications, but they're pretty good about responding to questions or suggestions, may want to try asking on the forums.

I'll see what I can do about changing the timers to something like that.

WSG Flag Timers

Okay, here's how I'd like the timers to work.

The moment the flag is picked up, a timer to show how long it has been carried by the person currently holding it. (This is how it works now.)

This works okay, except if the flag is dropped, and then picked up, then the timer should KEEP GOING instead of reset. It should only reset if the flag is capped or returned to base. (Remember, the flag shows up after 5 minutes, even if you pass it around a lot to other people.) As it is now, one person holds it for 1 minute, and he can drop it and pick it up, and the timer resets to zero, even though the flag wasn't returned to base or capped.

Currently there's a flag for 'captured time', which is great, but it only shows the time for captured. It does not show how long the other flag was held before it was dropped. This is a timer I'd like, when I'm playing on a losing team against a lot of twinks, I can say I was able to hold the flag for 18 minutes by running away a lot, before I finally died and they returned it. (Again, the only timer shown is the captured flag, not the flag that was returned.)

Anyway, I don't mind you moving to a new site if it's easier for you, but it just makes one more site I have to check for mod updates. -.- Do they do e-mail notification here?

It was something I wanted to do for a while but didn't have the time nor did I care about, since I started to pick up/work on smaller projects for fun it was easier to move everything to one site.

Is there a way to make SSPvP not remove the server tags for players in a BG?

If I use SSPvP to handle the scoreframe, it seems to sometimes display the servers players are from and sometimes it won't.

I'd rather not add a minimap button because they're annoyingly complicated in general, and typing /sspvp ui isn't that hard since you don't usually do it in time critical moments.
