Ever since I specced mutilate I have always wanted to know at a glance how many ticks of energy was needed before I was able to use another ability/finisher etc. Especially to help me micro-manage my CP rotations.
I find that it's very nice to have a glance at something onscreen to help you manage it a bit more. Probably even pump out some more DPS when combining it with an energy watch.
To move it, just hold alt and drag it around your screen.
If you want to change the values it displays, for different specs just use:
/tickto energy 60 40 35 25
That will set the counts to 60, 40, 35 and 25.
NB. It is not recommended to stare at this addon in PvP, it may just kill you
