Shieldy Sound

Plays one of 3 sounds whenever lightning shield, water shield, or earth shield are removed from the player or the player's earth shield target.

1.2.1: Fixed sound not always playing for earth shield on other characters

1.2: Will now play the earth shield sound if removed from the player's earth shield target, instead of just the player.
