Character Tracker is an addon originally written by Veresa, as part of "Veresa's Keep On Levelling Addons" package, last updated in 2006. Attempts at contacting Veresa have not resulted in any response, and her addons have all been listed as abandoned or deleted for abandonment from hosting sites.
The full name of the addon is Veresa's Character Tracker but will show up in your addon list as simply Character Tracker.
Character Tracker is a small addon that tracks each of your character's played time, along with name, level, class, and server, and gives a total combined level and played time. Its primary purpose is informational (just how much time total have you spent in World of Warcraft?) and not intended to track any other character statistics.
To use it, simply have the addon enabled for all characters you wish to be included in tracking.
To bring up the interface, type /vct.
Additional commands are:
- /vct help
displays the help screen
- /vct reset
resets all stored data
- /vct all on|off
toggles all of the below options on or off
- /vct name
toggles name display
- /vct level
toggles level display
- /vct class
toggles class display
- /vct faction
toggles faction display
- /vct realm
toggles realm display
- /vct time
toggles time display
