Opium Tweaks

This is a modified version of slowJusko's SAE Opium Tweaks.

His original addon only stopped PvP tracking of Opium during BGs. It did, however, keep adding new players and updating existing player names. When the battlegroups came out this became a problem as it would modify players according to their name alone regardless of what server they were on.

I have changed the functionality to stop Opium from modifying or collecting any data during a BG.

There are no /commands. If you load the addon it works, if you don't load it it won't.
