Cartographer Hotspot

Cartographer_Hotspot let you move the World Map minimap button and also open/close Cartographer when you mouse hover the button.

Cartographer is a required dependencie.

Using the latest Dewdrop 2.0 as of this date.

I already know where the bug is, but while trying to correct it I found a bigger bug that can happen when you use the addon for the first time.

I hope to release a fixed version before the chaos that will fall uppon the addons sites tomorrow, wish me luck.

The ability to move the button is good, though. So perhaps give the mouse-over map opening an option to be disabled and be put back to the standard behavior of opening when clicking it?

I was thinking about this too today, but the original idea was to open on mouse hover (so the name hotspot), to remove this is to have an addon called hotspot without any hotspot functionalities. oh well, I'll add this later.
