Adds the ability to change the game's viewport. This modifies the size of the rendered world, so that you can place UI elements outside of it.
(in less than 10 lines of code too!)
This addon was and is a learning project for me, and should be treated as such. 
Configuration is quick and dirty, simply edit:

This is currently only tested on 1680x1050 resolution.
