Microbar (left to right)
Game menu
Guild
- *shows number of guild members online
Social - *shows number of friends online
Character info
Spells & Abilities
Spec & Talents
Achievements
Quest Log
Group Finder
Adventure Guide
PvP (Group Finder tab)
Mounts & Pets
Shop
Customer Support


Other elements (left to right)
Durability - faded out when you are above 20%, higlighted when below 20% durability, show the Ilvl when over 75%
Specialization - Active spec is higlighted and inactive spec is faded out, click to change spec, mouseover shows loot spec if not same as spec and you can right click to change loot spec
Time - show the same time as you have selected ingame, left click to open in-game calendar, right click to edit time settings, hover shows the other time
Professions - highlighted when daily cooldown is available and faded out when it has been used, click to open profession tab for that profession, when not max level a small bar appears underneath which shows progress to next level
Currencies/ xpBar - Click to open currency tab

  • Rerolls - hover shows x/10 and weekly x/3
  • Conquest - hover shows conquest out of total current cap and honor out of cap
  • Garrison resources
  • Show a xpBar for characters below max level

System info - shows fps and ms, leftclick to collect garbage, right click to open graphical settings
Gold - hover shows gold earned this session, today and weekly, also shows gold across all characters on server with total at the bottom, left click to open bags, right click to close bags
Hearth - garrison hearth, normal hearth (displays location), click to use respective hearthstone, faded out if hearthstone is on cooldown, shift changes the garrison heart to shipyard compass


it is possible to edit some element in the settings.lua file
You can do this by using Notepad or download Notepad ++

Legion Update

I understand you are no longer playing and people love this addon, I too have enjoyed this for quite a while in wow, with all the error I have run across in Legion I decided to go through the code and update it for Legion, if you would like me to send you the updates I have made please let me know or if you are looking to no longer update this is there a way I can continue it's development.

Question, how do you change the font sizes and the locations of the things? Like I don't want the friends and guild buttons where they are. I'd like them to be on the opposite side because I keep a somewhat transparent background on my stuff and when it pops up I can't read it through the guild chat whereas the other side has nothing so I can read it just fine there. Thank you!

I intalled the addon I downloaded from the link but it's not showing up in my addons folder after mocing it there. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
You need to delete the part -master from file name.
It should read XIV_Databar

Any chance of handing control over this to somebody else to maintain? I've been making some changes, shoving them into Github, and posting them to a Reddit thread. I'd be willing to take over maintenance of this. Or fork it into a new addon.

I am unable to change the color of the bar despite fiddling with line 24. I thought changing it to {.000,.000,.000,.00} would make the thing black but it seems no matter what I change the bar color doesn't change.

I assume something is amiss; the screenshot shows a dark bar but mine is clear. Hope someone can help.

In hopes that this is still being supported T_T

Looks like SX Databar is having some issues working with other add-ons, not sure if it's on your end or not. This happens whenever crafting occurs or swapping of talents.

I also plan to send this over to TSM since it's the main conflict cause, maybe they can help troubleshoot as well.
