OneBag3  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: v3.11.1
by: Kaelten [More]

OneBag3 is part of a long line of bag replacements for the default game bags that will combine all of your bags into one frame.

OneBag has a long history of minimalism and OneBag3 will continue to uphold the standard of easy of use and simplicity it's predecessors set. Like the earlier versions, OneBag3 will continue to offer powerful options for those who wish to delve a little deeper.

Also in the vein of earlier iterations I've kept to the philosophy of doing as little work as possible, as a result the code base is very small, and most of it is in the OneCore library. As of the time of writing there are only 268 lines of code unique to OneBag3, and only 1804 lines of code in OneCore itself. LoC is a horrible stat in general, but it's fun none the less, and I cheat horribly since I build off the powerful Ace3 libraries.

Features

  • Now with Search
  • Combines all of your bags into one.
  • Customizable number of columns
  • Inherent support for addons that interact with the default bags
  • Color coded slots by item rarity or bag type
  • Will automatically open and close for you when visiting the auction house, bank, mailbox, merchant or when trading with another player.
  • Allows only certain bags to be displayed, either by slot or type
  • Custom bag bar which will highlight it's associated slots on mouseover. This highlighting can be locked in place by clicking.
  • Customizable scale, background color, alpha, and more.
  • Clean and powerful graphical configuration
  • Exposes WoW's built in bag sorting

Search Syntax

Search inside of OneBag3 is powered by the LibItemSearch library by Jalibroc. As a result it supports many advanced search options.

Advanced Filters:
  • Quality:
    • q:[quality] or quality:[quality]
    • Example: q:epic
  • Level:
    • l:[level], lvl:[level] or level:[quality]
    • Example lvl:30
  • Type or Subtype:
    • t:[search], type:[search] or slot:[search]
    • Example t:weapon
  • Name:
    • n:[name] or name:[name]
    • Example n:lockbox
  • Sets:
    • s:[set] or set:[set]
    • Example s:fire
  • Tooltip Info:
    • tt:[term], tip:[term] or tooltip:[term]
    • Example tt:binds

Search Operators
  • Logical NOT: "!q:epic" matches items that are NOT epic.
  • Logical OR: "q:epic | q:rare" matches items that are either epic OR rare.
  • Logical AND: "q:epic & t:weapon" matches items that are epic AND weapons.
  • Greater Than: "lvl: > 30" matches items that are higher than level 30.
  • Less Than: "lvl: < 30" matches items that are less than level 30.
  • Greater or Equal to: "lvl: => 30" matches items that are lvl 30 or greater.
  • Lesser or Equal to: "lvl: <= 30" matches items that are lvl 30 or less.

Special Keywords
  • soulbound, bound, bop - Bind on pickup items.
  • bou - Bind on use items.
  • boe - Bind on equip items.
  • boa - Bind on account items.
  • quest - Quest bound items.

Artwwork

Are there any plans to add the option to use Blizzard's artwork, the way myInventory and AllinOneInventory do?

If not, is there some easy way for us to make these changes?

Thanks!

same problem.
i upgraded to the latest onebag from wowace and everything was fine for a few hours and then happened again...
i really don't get it.
btw: i think the same thing happens when adding a new bag into onebank. the new bag slots are greyed out.
anyone found any sort of way to fix this?

I get that error to, a total exit to desk top and restart of game will fix it.
Obviously a temp solution ..... I was very temped to look at other bag addons but decided to keep this one. Strange but I've only noticed it on my warlock so far.

Same for me.
When I turn off all other addons, OneBag still does not work properly.

Hi,

Every time I hit "B" to open bags or move a item in my bags, i get the following things scrolling in my chat window. They aren't errors but I don't know why they are occurring if the debugging is turned off.

I am using version 2.0.26107 dated 2007-01-25

The following appears in white:
Debug: --- Start OrganizeFrame ---
Debug: --- Start OrganizeFrame ---
Debug: --- Start OrganizeFrame ---
Debug: --- Start OrganizeFrame ---
Debug: --- Start OrganizeFrame ---
Debug: --- Start OrganizeFrame ---

That appears when I hit "B" to open my bags.

Any ideas on how these messages can be suppressed?

Thanks.

Great addon, but there's 3 simply features that I would love to see when OneView is showing:
1. Total gold for chars on a realm, it could be displayed right below the characters gold
2. Mail listing - show what is in each characters mail
3. Character listing - show what each char is wearing

2 and 3 are included in Character Info , but I like the looks of your mod better and it's wasteful to run both of them

Another feature that I would like to see, but it would take more work and might bloat your mod would be Possessions style searching. The interface isn't the greatest for general viewing, but it's awesome for searching.

Thanks again for the great mod!

Lag

Hey

I have to say that this is one of my favorite addons ever, however I got an annoying bug or something. It might be something that I just have to fix in the setup too. I don't know.

The problem is that every time I loot money from a corpse, I get a small lag or hickup or whetever to clal it. Same thing happens when I sell things to a vendor. Whenever money is transfered to or from my character this small hickup occurs and it's so god damn annoying.

What can I do?

Keep up the good work!

Love the mod. Only problem I have is keeping things organized. Added a suggestion to be able to create custom subsections: http://kaelten.wowinterface.com/port...featureid=2168

Starting randomly today, everytime I log in when Onebag is installed it breaks several other ace mods and doesn't work itself. Mods that I know it breaks: Simpleminimap, skinner, onebag, cycircled, ... that's all i can remember right now.

!Improvederrorframe reported the following errors:

Error: AceModuleCore-2.0: OnInstanceInit cannot be called twice
AddOn: MobHealth
File: AceOO-2.0.lua
Line: 723
Count: 1

Error: <Sub-AceAddonAceEvent-2.0, AceHook-2.1, AceModuleCore-2.0, AceDB-2.0, AceConsole-2.0) instance>: AceConsole: args.about: "PrintAddonInfo" is not a proper function
Count: 1

Error: attempt to call method 'IsModuleActive' (a nil value)
File: ...ns\Prat\libs\AceModuleCore-2.0\AceModuleCore-2.0.lua
Line: 326
Count: 1

Error: attempt to call method 'IterateModules' (a nil value)
File: Interface\AddOns\cyCircled\core.lua
Line: 56

thanks. btw, I know that it's onebag causing this because I installled every single mod one at a time and one bag was the only one that caused these errors.
