The if statement at line 800 doesn't properly run if the arguments are nil, rewriting it to 'not self.spellname or not self.auraname' fixes it.

Thank you for such a great add-on. I would be totally gimp without this on the rare occasions I go Shadow.
I am not very techy and have been messing around with the lua page trying to change the look and spell order - mainly through trial and error. I was wondering is there a way to edit the add-on in game? Or any plans to? Also, I would like to have my Shadowfiend CD as a bar - is this possible? I looked inside the other pet classes folders for inspiration (treants/lock pets/water ele) but had no luck. Anyone got any tips on how to add this? Thanks all |

onyxmaster: If you're pulling from the SVN, make sure you update frequently. r346 was badly broken, with the config syntax changes reverted in r347. The current commit is r359, with r360-361 coming shortly for config updates, some fixes and improvements, and a new version of Vitals.
Guardix: I've got that portion rewritten on my local copy already. Thanks for reminding me to put it in the commit log. paladinmo: Glad to be of service. thecraftybee: There are plans for an ingame config, and the framework is in place for it, I just haven't had the time or energy to write the GUI. Much more focused on getting things stable with the new patch and the API quirks that came with it. I'll add the Shadowfiend cooldown next release (was thinking about it last night when I was screwing around on the target dummies, actually...), in the meantime you can use this: Code:

Hey there, love the addon etc, but in swapping from spriest to my druid, I need it to track MF and sunfire on the same bar. Is it possible to do this? (track two mutually exclusive dots on one bar)

Was going along working on some things, these are things I have come up with.
Rogue Revealing Strikes wasn't working properly, worked after I changed it from a selfbuff to a debuff. Trinkets Sharpened Twilight Scale currently doesn't work. Engineering I was looking through the trinkets file and saw you are able to track engineering bombs and tinkers. I was mainly looking for Hyperspeed Accelerators and Saronite bombs/Global Thermal Sapper charges. I want the two explosives on the same line and for it to only show the cd of Saronite bombs not the 5min one. |

Fliinghier: Yep, I just haven't gotten around to adding the sunfire spellID. You can find it via Wowhead (it's the set of numbers at the end of the debuff's URL) for the time being and add it yourself. Take a look through the Druid config to see how it's done, you're looking for {}-style brackets on playerbuff/debuff flags.

Not a problem, I always liked tinkering with the addon to get things to work how I want. Ill let you know if I find anything else. (If I ever get to log on my rogue again. He is stuck and whenever I log on him my cpu crashes.)

Cooldown Bars...?
Hey Taroven,
Thanks very much for continuing to maintain EventHorizon. Just donated a bit to show my appreciation. Since 4.0, I'm having an odd problem with not seeing any cooldown bars for some abilities. For example, it works with Tiger's Fury, but not with Mangle (Bear) or Faerie Fire (Feral). Here's my Mangle Bear config: -- Mangle Bear / Bleed damage debuff (god this sucked to look up...) - Also appears in bear form. self:NewSpell({ spellID = 33878, debuff = {35290,50271,30070,16511,33878,33876}, unique = true, refreshable = true, cooldown = true, stance = 1, requiredTree = 2, }) I'm guessing I'm doing something dumb, but can't figure it out. Let me know if I should post more of my config files, it's all mostly default. Thanks! |

It's probably one of those cases where I'll have to dig out my Druid and go through every bar, buff, and debuff to see wtf is going on. I'll prolly do that tomorrow once I fix some other issues. Thanks for the report.
