I altered the way frame is displayed and the colors used to indicate available/active/notactive.
Most importantly, I included few fixes:
- Resistances split based on type
- Filled few missing buffs IDs
- Made an exception for Bloodlust and Replenishment so they are shown as "Available", not "Not Active" - makes it clear before the pull to see if you're missing anything
