Divine Shield Dispel Raid Warning

This mod is for a guildmate. It's primarily for the faction champions fight in ToC. When someone in the raid has a Divine Shield on, or Hand of Protection, and it is dispelled, this mod will make you announce it in raid chat.

If you are a raid member, you will announce in /ra. Raid leaders or assistants announce in /rw.

If multiple people use this mod in a single raid, then each person will announce when a dispel happens. Keep that in mind.
