SpartanUI 

I have tried sorting through the multitude of comment pages for the answer to my question, but so far to no avail. And so here it is:

In the "old" version of sui, you could resize your viewport so that the bottom of WoW's screen gets pulled up some and creates a black void in the bottom of the monitor, allowing for sui to be placed with out covering the screen and missing out on things. Currently, I'm using an outside source addon to accomplish this goal, but on a laptop, one addon that does it all is much better.
So.... Is there currently a feature that accomplishes this?

How i can see my party's target ?
Without actually selecting them.

I know it must be there somewhere i just cant find it.

Wasn't this UI suppose to have the party frames right next to your player frame when you are in a party instead of up at the top left of the screen?

Also, I have always loved this UI, do you know why the original website is completely down and has been for a long time?

Even though I've always loved this UI, I have an idea for some graphic changes to make it more minimal without sacrificing the beautiful design, but maybe making it less fat, so you have more screen space, basically a raid/minimalist version of SpartanUI. I've been working on some mock-ups.

I just need somebody to code.

Basically, the same approach that RealUI did, but with the graphic design style of SpartanUI, put together smartly. It's hard to do for me because I don't know LUA or any form of code. But I can design anything, and I've done it for years as a career. Maybe I should open a thread in the forum here and show what I've done, and request someone to code it.

It's a setting in Bartender. Under Bartender4 options, click on Bar 1 on the left side, then the State Configuration tab on the right. There's an option for ActionBar Paging. Check that, and when you press shift+1 - shift+6, it should change the 1st bar to the appropriate action bar.

This is also a setting in Bartender4. When looking at the Bartender4 options, make sure the top "Bars" is selected in the left pane. On the right pane, about halfway down is a dropdown box called "Out of Range Indicator". Use the dropdown arrow to select "Full Button Mode".

On mine at least, the profile picture turns red. True it doesn't have the aura around it like Blizz frames, but looking for the red profile pic has usually worked for me.

You have to use a buff mod for that, since there isn't one in this compilation.

I used bBuffs, because I just couldn't figure out how to move the SatrinaBuffFrames around. But SatrinaBuffFrames is better. If you have the patience to figure it out, I recommend that.

If you type /sui auras player, you will see the buffs over top of your character.

Haha, now I feel like an idiot, but anyway thanks. If you wouldn't have said that I wouldn't have known, hah... then I read the description on the info page, and it says that... ha ha!

I was wondering, I read the info page again looking for more slash commands, and I couldn't find one that says that you can use it to move the buffs further over, since the minimap is no longer at that top right corner, it's odd for them to be pushed over to the left some like the default ones are.

Also, how come profiles aren't savable? I changed some things on one character, and I wanted it all to carry over to that character (except for keybindings) and they didn't, so I had to spend 20 minutes re-configuring every character every time I logged in... and I have a lot of toons, so that's a big hassle...

Hi all, I just downloaded this UI today and it's fabo - I love how "clean cut" it is. I was just curious as to whether I can rescale my party frames - but not the whole UI... and if it's not an option at the moment, is it possible to create one?

I like having the scale larger at the bottom with the bars/minimap etc, but my party frames take up a lot of space on my main screen.

As for your question, as far as I know there is no way in game to do it, but there is always a way in LUA if you know it. I don't, but I do know what folder to look for and what file to edit the LUA in.

First go to your World of Warcraft directory. Then go to Interface > AddOns > SpartanUI_PartyFrames > Scripts; inside that folder there is an LUA file there called Unit_PartyFrames, open that. Under line 22 where it says "do -- scripts to make it movable" there is a few lines of code that you can edit to change the height and width of the party frames. Try that if you can.

What I did since I have a small monitor, is type /sui toggleparty and hit enter in the chat edit box in game and that disabled the party, then I downloaded a party/raid frame replacement that was smaller or easier to configure the size of that still matched the UI. If you would rather do that and would like to know which one I used, let me know and I'll tell you.

Is there a way to move the Dungeon Finder tooltip through Spartan UI? I cant see the time / time remaining and its very annoying.

No, there is just a /command for hiding it and including any icon that gets on the minimap. Nothing for it's tooltip.

I would suggest using another map addon that allows you to move it where you want so you can see it better. It's weird, on mine before I was using another map addon, it would show up very tiny right at the edge of my player frame.

Given that we now have a mini-patch with all its lua changes on the ptr; where are you up to on the re-write zilver?

Everything have been going really really slow during December, but I have been working on a few things, but none of em are ready for testing yet, and this being my week with my daughter (every 2nd week is) I'm not sure exactly when next update will be, but I am working on it (though it's going really slow).
BTW: what mini patch are you referring to? did I miss something?

My life is still kind of messed up (have been since my move), but small progress is being made, but it's going a lot slower than I ever imagined it would.
I've been trying to keep updated with you all write here, even though I haven't been writing back for a while, so haven't been <Away> even though it might have seemed like it.

I'll bring further updates later this week (maybe the start of next week, all depends on how this week goes, and what RL stuff end up occupying my weekend.
