Kripp UI - 1920 x 1080  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: Pandaland
by: Kripparrian [More]

This is the UI that I use for raiding and PvP on my hunter. The UI is and will be updated for 1920 x 1080 resolution, and is configured for the hunter class. It is optimized for maximum PvE DPS and raid awareness.

Addon memory use should be around 5.7MB with all configuration modules disabled. Addons are used for their utility over their memory use.

INSTALLATION
- go to your WoW folder
- BACKUP your old Interface and WTF folders, then delete them
- unzip KrippUI into your WoW folder
- Click -> WTF -> Account: change "ACCOUNTNAME" to your account name
- Click -> WTF -> Account -> ACCOUNTNAME: change "SERVERNAME" to your primary server name
- Click -> WTF -> Account -> ACCOUNTNAME -> ServerName: change "CHARACTERNAME" to your character name
- copy your old config.wtf file to the new WTF folder: ( ...World of Warcraft/WTF/config.wtf)
- copy your old bindings-cache.wtf file to the new folder: ( ...World of Warcraft/WTF/Account/ACCOUNTNAME/SERVERNAME/CHARACTERNAME/bindings-cache.wtf)
- start WoW and log in to your server
- at character selection screen click AddOns (bottom left). Check "Load out of date AddOns" and enable all
- log in your character
- type (case sensitive): /reflux switch kripp
- if that doesn't load profiles try loading them manually

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- If you want to see the numerical value of your focus/energy/mana: type [abscurpp] in the first health player text tag in the /suf config. interface.
- You should change the NeedToKnow bars to cooldowns and trinkets your character uses. Use /ntk to lock/unlock.
- You should also change the buff filters for your own class. Type /suf in-game and add/remove buffs to the playerB blacklist aura filter
- This UI is primarily for hunters using 1920 x 1080 resolution. You can make use of the UI without these requirements, but there will be a lot of configuring.

HOTKEY COMMANDS
- hold-alt-rightclick item at auction house = auto auction
- hold-shift-rightclick auction = auto buy, or auto cancel
- hold-shift-scroll up/down while mouse over chat frame = instant home/end

KNOWN ISSUES
- lua error when someone leaves raid
- adding new tags through the normal /suf interface wont work
- take all with mail will sometimes not work with mail containing multiple items

- AzCastBar
- aMail
- Auctionator
- bChat
- BigWigs Bossmods
- Dominos

then the problem comes to why it shows smaller than it is but the monitor information says it is on 1920 x 1080 resolution?

any idea?

never had this problem before.

Wont load anything

nothing happens when im trying to load your profile with /reflux switch kripp, im reloading the ui, but everything keeps hanging around random places, looking just as when i logged in. I did follow your guide to how to put it in to the right folders and such, but when i logged in i could see that it have created a new folder in my WTF/account folder named "108502570#1" ... And that is NOT my account name. so i tried moving all the things from the original folder into this hoping that i would work ... it didnt.

Anyone got an idea of what the problem might be?

Also have some problems with swing timer.. It's not shown on some chars even though it shows when I'm in edit mode it doesn't work when I swing my wep

Hey, I am really terrible at this stuff... If anyone could please help I would appreciate it. I use a 1440x900 Widescreen Resolution. I am shit at customizing it. If anyone here runs it on this resolution or can upload a config file for this resolution, I would really appreciate it.

First off, <3 your UI ^_^. But I seem to be having the same prob. as Skyreaper. I've followed all instructions (even gone back over them multiple times). And the UI just doesn't seem to spread out. Here's a screenie of what I mean.

Hope that helps some

EDIT:: Wanted to add that I have it on the correct resolution, too. (photobucket shrunk my picture >.>)

I had the same problem, in game open up the game menu then choose "Options" once that menu is open click the "Advanced" tab and there you will see a check box for UI scale, tick the check box and if the slider bar is not already set at 1.0 then set it. That solved the problem for me, hope it works for you guys.

Great UI Kripp, thank you

Any update on the update of this UI and your new UI Kripp? Looking forward to it
Keep up the good work.

Esnar, a fellow hunter.

P.S. for anyone not aware, he posted this on his youtube page a week ago:
I will update Kripp UI soon. I plan to do an overhaul but Ill first release a usable update for those using it now.

Oh yeah, updating an UI really needs a month. Don't get me wrong but this is not the first time that Kripp delays certain "releases" like crazy. I also understand that he may work or something but like I already said: Updating an UI does not take up several weeks/months - it could be done in a few minutes/hours.

Ye it's never fun when someone breaks promises but we should be glad he is sharing his UI with us he doesn't owe us anything.
