Poison Reminder 

This mod is specifically designed to make life easier for the rogue. What it does is remind the Rogue to reapply poisons in certain circumstances:
1. You change the weapons you have poison on
2. The poison runs out of charges
3. The poison runs out of time

When one of the above circumstances occurs a popup will be shown to let you know that you need to reapply and give you the option to do so from that popup. This is extremely useful when raiding for the simple reason it helps you to keep 100% poison "up time" and if you have to corpse run you won't forget to reapply either

Reminders are only shown when you exit combat to avoid in combat spam
