There is an update available - http://www.wowace.com/addons/chatter/
use the link at the right to chose the most current release on the right instead of the download link, files are dated 8/5. For me its not working perfect , but close.

Idk why curse and wowinterface.com aren't kept up to date but there you can get it.

Thanks for the link. I don't think its up to Curse or WoWInterface but the add on author themselves to submit the updated version. Then its up to Curse and WoWInterface to check over the add on before they post it for downloading here on the sites.

I was trying to say "....aren't BEING kept to date, ....." I didn't mean to insinuate its up to the web site to be up to date, IDK why the author isn't keep them up to date is the point i was trying to make, because the updates are being done.

I noticed when I open the edit box to type, the channel I'm in text: i.e. Say: or [1. General] font is freakin huge, and using the code: ChatFrameEditBox:SetFont(ChatFontNormal:GetFont(), 9) doesn't effect that?

I'd love if Chatter was updated on wowinterface as well as Curse.

As you can('t?) see, it's the Ace3 error. Install latest Ace3 separately and hope the error get away.

Any chance of updating this great addon?

Is there any reason why the Channel Names option does not update the way I want them to be output?

For example currently guild chat looks like this:
G Name: message

and I want the guild chat to be replaced with "[G]" so that it would look like this:
[G] Name: message
