SSGeneral Arenas

This is essentially a split off of the arena features from SSPVP2 so if you're using that already then you won't see much changed besides that it now includes personal rating on the pvp frame.

Includes, modified player and inspect arena frames, highest personal rating on the same bar as arena points, general arena formulas (points -> rating, rating -> points, ect), and team summary when the match ends.

See the screenshot for an example of the first two features, slash command is /ssarena and configuration can be opened with /ssarena ui.

I know that bug is around after joining a team so I tried relogging.
It didn't change. I just made those 2 teams for season 5 so I have not left any teams yet. I'm going to see (after maintenance) if other addons are affecting it.
