Chat Bot

Makes childish or useful replies in chat (Guild, Say, Party, Whisper). Also computes arena ratings. Allows you to "quote" what others said in chat. Make substitute corrections for thins previously said. An "eight ball" is also available.

-- Some commands --

!8ball --- Responds with the answer from consulting your eight ball.
!quote -- Quotes what someone said in chat with the given keywords.
s/foo/bar/ -- Replaces the last thing you said containing "foo" with "bar"
ur -- Responds to childish things with equally childish replies.
