DemonDaemon aims to make a warlocks lot in life that little bit easier, mostly by freeing up upto 30 buttons :P
Like ShardAce (which was inspired by the efforts of ShardTracker and it's numerous resurrections) DD takes your Demonology spells and crams them into little buttons up by your minimap.

What bugs does that version fix?
I'm at work, so I can't test it out. But thank you to whoever put that up there.

will you be fixing the ritual of souls and adding the "assist me" macros.
suggestions:
clicking Fel Domination should NOT close the fly out, clicking the demon right after that should
interactive STONES not health-, but spell- and fire-stones, are only there if you make one. add the two buttons to make them to a new row at the bottom of the fly-out. healthstone and soulstone are nice as is.
fine tuning the map anchor would be really nice too
oh and Load on demand (noloading) on nonlocks, or load only the healthstone button like the OLD shardtracker did

DemonDaemon-1.08\DemonDaemon.lua:659: GetSpellLink(): Invalid spell slot
DemonDaemon-1.08\DemonDaemon.lua:659: in function <Interface\AddOns\DemonDaemon\DemonDaemon.lua:659>
Download ForteXorcist (Forte Warlock/Class AddOn) which is available here at Wowinterface and go in to the options there. You don't need EVERY sub-addon checked in your addons directory for this to work.
This addon has options to have messages for summoning, soulwell, and soulstones. (Plus some others like banish, seduce, and enslave.) You can also change the messages around to whatever you would like it to be.
Just wanted to chime in on what everyone else has been sayiing....Where have you been bud? I mean yes DD works for a the most part, but I refuse to go to Necrosis, I have tried it in the past and hated it. Bleh, help us fellow Warlocks!
Yeah, DD is definitely functional, so that's a huge relief, but still missing some of the core functions of ShardAce:
- removing buttons
- announces for summons/HS
- autohide for non-warlocks (hardly a unique problem, Cryolysis, which is an add on for mages, has the same issue) how hard can it possibly be? It's like the first feature I'd implement after the basics were working.
- positioning. It's not really possible to arrange the buttons around the mini map. Right now I just have them vertical hanging from the mini map, which is ok. I understand that this is so that you can attach the buttons to any frame (although I certainly don't know the names of any of the frames, so useless to me), but much more useful would be to be able to have the buttons free-floating, anywhere on the screen.
Any ETA on when the next update will be?
Also, it is really hard to get the mini-map buttons to be arranged around the mini-maps. I messed with the angles and all but it is either too curved or not enough. I am going for the placement of buttons like the old mod shardace.
still missing:
-auto-hide for non warlock classes
-option to disable spellstone/firestone
-sounds (for soulstone/nightfall)
-announcement in party/raid for summon
-announcement in party/raid for soul well
-announcement in party/raid for soulstone
Yeah, I had the same problem trying to edit the DD lua file for soulwell.
At this point, I'm just going to have to use Necrosis till this thing gets updated. It's not just the soulwell bit; having to turn the thing off for characters that aren't warlocks (else I get piles of errors) and other issues are forcing it. I really don't like Necrosis, but I need to have this stuff working.
