If you've noticed something missing in default config that should be there, post about it in the comments. I can't always keep up with the changes on classes that I don't actively play.

Since 5.1.0 you can also enable nameplate timers. Spells that appear on nameplates should be specifically marked for this in config with nameplates = true. Atm only shadow priest and warlock dots are marked.

Userconfig sample with some common procs:

darker = dot's power level is lower than yours

At the moment, if a buff that is being tracked is timeless (such as a mage's Rune of Power), then the bar will be shown as empty. Is there a way to show this bar filled?

Well, no. Hopefully i'll make many changes in WoD beta, including some sort of gui.
Meanwhile, there's helpers.RemoveAll() function to clear all existsing spells and after it you can add yours.

Thanks for reply! I wouldn't know where to put that command, so I'll stick to what I got now since it works great as it is now I'm glad you plan on keeping this up for WoD!




Thanks for the addon. It's sooo lightweight and easy on my old, weak laptop. I needed something with ticks for dots and different alpha for target/other units. It only takes a while to play with the lua files. I couldn't get the separate user config to work so I had to edit the main file. It just wouldn't load the changes I made. This got me thinking - would there be an easy way to have an option to only show few specific spells instead of all? Like a whitelist. I only use timers for 3 shadow priest dots, so I basically had to remove all other stuff

It works now, thanks. Appreciate the quick response too, this is probably my favorite mod and one of the few I can't live without. Great customization and low memory use compared to the others.

I think I'm terrible when it comes to inputting things. I currently have

I've got a userconfig string set up for my lock to show me the cooldown on darksoul and everything works perfect. However I tried out the new Archimonde's Darkness talent and when I pop dark soul now it gives me three bars, one for each version of darksoul whereas before it would only give me the spec specific bar. Running the buff script has darksoul with the same spellid as without the talent so I don't know what the heck is going on.

yesterday in SoO raid i saw that as affliction warlock copying dots from a buffed dots target and aplying to a new target the function that controls the strengh of dots was not showing the rigth "colour" in the bars.
i going to try to explain myself better. i have set that if the stats in a applied dot is higher than my current stat the background of the bar is green and if my current stats are higher than the stat in a applied dot then the bar is red. if equal bar is grey.
then when i copy a "green" dots from a target and apply to a new target the background color is gray and it would be green becouse i have copied a stronger dot than my current stats.
can be this solved?
sorry if i am not clear enough , is this damn english than i don't reach to learn.

well it certainly should work, unless you also use some externel skinning/configuration addon which might force it's settings.
Also make sure you delete both WTF\Account\acc\realm\char\SavedVariables\NugRunning.lua and
WTF\Account\acc\SavedVariables\NugRunning.lua
Or just use /script NRunDB_Global = nil; NRunDB_Char = nil; ReloadUI()

is there a way to reset it back to default settings (original installation)?

like features back to original (nameplates on/off, dotpower on/off, etc), set width/height back to original.

/nrun reset seems to only restore postion. not features or dimensions.

deleting files in saved variables don't work either

1) download latest version again by the same link, it should work now. Previously "showid" was only for activation timers

2) Not possible. But if you're willing to go as far as making plugin and know how to, here an example of how to create reserved timer frame and turn it on/off:
