Nope. Not using any silly updaters, I do it manually myself, in particular to check if I'm actually getting new versions or not, and to avoid the usual problems that people in my guild have had with these "updaters"

This may help. A friend was using the Curse Client and we found out it had "updated" to an older version from Curse. He had to get the new version from here and not let the client "update" it. Make sure you check your version number.

I'm not even sure myself why this is happening.. it doesn't happen all the time, just... randomly.. sometimes.. the rest of the time it's working normally without problems.
But wish someone would bring this addon back to life, especially would like to see some easy option to clear/ignore gbank stats other than some obscure commandline option I can never remember (and Poss will populate the gbank entry again the next time I take a look, even if I don't want it to show in my list.. >.<

not sure what the problems people are having are related to. I changed the toc to 30300 and have had no issues whatsoever. I cannot even re-create the problem coani mentioned. One thing you can try doing is deleting your possessions.lua file in your WTF folder and log into all your chars and open bags/bank/guild bank to completely reset everything.

any help with updating would be very much appreciated. i've had possessions for a long time now.

I was using the real version 3 since I switched machines. That's why I had problems. I think it's working otherwise.

sadly this addon only opens with an error frame. and i cannot scroll down more then 1 page.
A good alternative is altoholic. sadly its not as compact as possessions is

I actually have one bug myself since wow3.3 patch: sometimes when selecting a different character in Poss and selecting "wearing" section, the dropdown menu under "all slots" breaks and only displays the first half of the locations, can't click on & select any of the last half of items slots.

Also hoping for an update. Mine kinda works as far as I can tell, but last i checked, it 'disconnected' from all my alt's stuff and have to link them to all the orphaned items again.

any hope to get a working version for 3.3?

it would be nice if the delete data functionality would be restored...instead of having to delete the variables file and then relogging into all toons before use. Thanks!

I'd really like to see a filter for build banks. I don't want to know the sum total of my stuff plus the guild bank's stuff. I just want the sum total to show just my stuff.

Just delete the addonfolder and the possessions file in WTF folder and after that reinstall the addon. I guess you have old possession Date which screws up the new version of this addon.

Apart from that: Are there any similar addons? i cant find any ^^
