SheepBar

A basic bar showing how much time left on a polymorph spell.

Commands:
/sheep or /shp for the ingame list of commands.
/sheep show - Shows a frame around the bar, allowing a visual positioning.
/sheep hide - Hides the above frame.

Todo: Fix refreshing bug.

Any suggestions regarding SPELL_AURA_REFRESH would be appreciated.
