If you enlarge the border it pushes it towards the inside of the tooltip. __________________

I submitted this to your portal, but I'm not sure it went through.

I would like to point out that many (not all) of the tooltip addons out there create their own version of the GameTooltip and hide the original one from you. This allows for much greater customization options, but uses more overhead.
