This plugin is designed to have one purpose, when you're at a vendor you can click the Haggler icon to sell your junk. When you're not at the vendor the Haggler icon hides for the sake of convenience, as to not take up space in your UI.
When selling greys, each item is reported along with its count and the amount of money you receive from that sale, and when all the selling is done the total amount of cash you gained from getting rid of all those greys is presented to you aswell.
As an additional (and completely optional) feature, if you have Junkie installed then the plugin will present you with a new feature which can be toggled with alt-click; the ability to auto-sell Junkie exceptions as well as greys. This is all hidden if you don't have Junkie installed, so you don't have to worry about it (and you can just grab the 0.1 version if you wish to avoid the extra code altogether).
What is DataBroker?
DataBroker is part of a system that's similar to FuBar and its plugins, what you have here is a plugin but you'll also need something to display the output of the plugin. You have many options for this, and I've listed a number of them below for your perusal, just pick the one that interests you the most.
If you want further information, that nice feller tekkub has put together some information on his wiki. And it's good information too, information that you should probably read if you're just getting into DataBroker plugins. (Not to mention that poor old tek puts these pages together and not many people seem to read them, so I thought I'd do my part to help remedy that situation. )

Change Log - Haggler
2.4.3-0.3
- I've allowed some time for possible bug reports to come in, since I've had none I'm going to upgrade this from a test version to a standard one.
2.4.3-0.3-Test
- Added an option to auto-sell blah-etcetera to the vendor.
- Drycoded, the test tag will be removed when it's confirmed working. Unfortunately I can't test it myself at the moment.
2.4.3-0.2
- Added in the optional Junkie exceptions feature.
Originally posted by tobarstep In the case of Junkie it seems like it could be an "always ignore this item" option.
Was looking for this in Junkie too.
Worth it keeping an eye on vendor instead though as it seems this combo uses less than half the resources to run than autoprofitx did. Hagglers disappearing icon is keen also.

Back before 3.0 I was using GarbageFu and AutoprofitX. Seems like they had a blacklist/whitelist feature in them. I know the Junkie mod has a whitelist feature of "always sell this item even though it isn't grey" that is now usable in Haggler as well. I was wondering if a blacklist feature could be implemented as well, like "don't sell this item even though it is grey". In the case of Junkie it seems like it could be an "always ignore this item" option.
The reason I ask is rather silly, but... ever since I started playing I've carried around a rabbit's foot in my bag , and now every time I go to use Haggler, it sells the darn thing. There are other items as well that I think it could be useful for. Noboru's Cudgel for one.
I do try to be respectful to everyone really, it's just hard to be so to everyone all at the same tiime. I just hope no one will get mad at me for throwing that in there, there's still room for tekJunkSeller though, because for most people I imagine that that's all they'll want.
There's only one problem currently though, due to circumstances I don't really want to get into, I'm unable to test the new version at the moment, but I'm pretty sure it's rock solid (that was an incredibly simple change to make), and it compiles with luac -p, so I think it's okay. I'll just have to classify it as a test version, and let me know if you have any issues.

Hm... the thing is, I'm trying not to step on toes by having mods completely replace the functionality of some other mods, but I really do feel like an arse saying no. I'll pop the functionality in there, but if annyone gets irritable about it, you're the fall-guy (or gal, as applicable)! ;p
I was using tekJunkSeller with Sellout and was hoping to replace them with this mod.
TekJunkSeller wont sell white items and Sellout doesn't have per character configuration. With Junkie and Haggler it is possible to get rid of certain white items and all your greys on a per character basis. Looks like i'll just have to get used to using Haggler whenever I open a vendor.
