Auc-Util-BigPicture
This addon is designed to give you the Big Picture view of your resources for auctioning.

Warning: This addon will only work with Auctioneer Advanced. Auctioneer Advanced can be found http://auctioneeraddon.com/dl/

It keeps track of the following
  • Bids out on the Auction House
  • Bid/Buyout of posted items
  • Raw value of items in bags (doesnt take deposit into account)
  • Raw value of items in bank (doesnt take deposit into account)
  • Raw value of items in Guild banks. (only visable tabs are scanned)
  • View details for any character you have scanned data for
  • The data captured can be viewed away from the AH

A robust set of options include:
  • Sub-Type filtering - Note a check mark at a higher level will override lower level choices
  • The ability to choose a pricing module
  • Subtracting (or not) Auction house cut
  • Filtering scan by Quality
  • Turning off individual scans
  • The ability to use Appraiser values for calcuations (may cause a slight delay)

A function is available to return the current total wealth of the current character to other addons.
This will not trigger any new calculations, so it will be as of the last snapshot of the data saved.
The proper way to get to it is to call AucAdvanced.Modules.Util.BigPicture.API.GetWealth()
This will return the total wealth of the character in copper
alternatly, you can also call it with AucAdvanced.Modules.Util.BigPicture.API.GetWealth('split')
this will return 3 values, gold, silver, copper


Special thanks go out to all the devs that have put Auctioneer Advanced together. Without their help (and some of their code) I would have never been able to create this.

Changed guild bank scanning to manual. There is now a button on the top right of the build bank to scan. Blizzard does not send bank info until the tab is actually viewed, so you have to view each tab before pressing the scan button.

Fixed the slash commands to open the stand alone window instead of the options.

Tried to reduce some of the duplicate scans that were slowing things down in appraiser when appraiser override was enabled.

Changed display lists to play nice with the dev build of Auctioneer Advanced.

We may be able to help or at least provide some insight, but would ask that you update the Auctioneer Suite to the current beta, 5.6.4279 and Auc-Util-BigPicture to 3.0.3.2-Beta and see if the issue remains.

/bp and /bigpicture only bring up the interface addons configuration panel, not the display. Yes I can use the slide out side panel, but I was wondering if I could use a slash command also?

Yes,

/bp or /bigpicture

there should also be a slidebar icon that you can click

EDIT: OK... I see... only glanced over the part in the add-on info that said this add-on was only working with the Beta or Developer releases of Auctioneer and not the current release. This add-on does work with the Beta version.

Dracos, I know it seems clear in your description that this add-on is only for the beta release of Auctioneer, but I think it would be a good idea to reformat and reword your description so that it's crystal clear.

This beta version wont work with the 3715 release. Please try the beta release or the Dev release (auc advanced / libs) as they have chaged the tooltip displayer from the release version and it is not compatable. Or wait for them to release a new release version.
