FAQ
Q: How do i access the Configuration?
A: You can open the configuration with the Slash Commands (/bt or /bar) or through the Bartender4 LDB plugin.

Q: Can Bartender4 import settings from Bartender3?
A: No. Those two mods are too different to be able to import settings.

Q: Where are my keybindings? And how do i bind new keys?
A: BT3 Keybindings will not be ported over either, you have to use the new KeyBound to re-bind your keys. You can access KeyBound by its slash command (/kb) or through the button in the BT4 config. Hover a button, press key → voila!

Q: CyCircled Support? I like my button skins?
A: No reason to cry! There is a sparkling new skinning addon/library out there! ButtonFacade is way easier to work with as a action-bar author, and its easier to write skins for it too! Alot of cyCircled Skins have already been ported to ButtonFacade, and more are on their way! After installing ButtonFacade just use its configuration to change the skin of the BT4 buttons (/bf)

I am having the same issues as well, seems to be enough that sometimes it's causing a dump from the server as well. None of my other addon's appear to be erroring out, and it happens with only Bartender enabled.

Can you see it listed in addons list on character selection screen?
Does it cause any errors when logging in?

Apologies, I think I jumped the gun a tad. The add-on was loading (no errors and I noticed the minimap button was indeed appearing), but it was loading the Blizzard UI overtop of it, which covered most of the bar setup I use. Add to that the fact that it was on a newer character with not a lot of bars and I managed to freak myself out. LOL

Thanks very much for your quick reply, tho. I turned off the Blizzard art bars again and all is right with the world. *headdesk*

Your only way is to manually tamper saved settings file and implant your Acc3 profile into Acc1, then you can use modified settings file in Acc3.
(Un?)fortunately, Blizzard does no support cross-account settings sharing.

This is the error I get with only Bartender enabled.

Please grab Swatter and enable it along with Bargender, then post a full crash report of the problem.
But I strongly suspect messing addon installlation.

You just need to place chosen bar wherever you want. Bars you page into won't need to be located at any specific place. Their buttons will take inside the paged bar and, indeed, will have the respective key bindings.

This is just wrong. You're mixing paging and visibility options in the same clause.

For Bartender, you can try to use paging based on the same conditionals. (I mean, [pet:name]<barnumber>).
Just keep in mind that you would not be able to play game without this addon any more.
What would be better is to create a satellite panel and place a set of pet-dependent macro buttons there. But for me, I've found that there's very little amount of anything to place on pet bar, if you remove abilities you never trigger by hands.
Create a macro like

Code:

/petpassive [mod:Shift]
/petassist [nomod]

Remove defensive stance, basic attack, attack command, stay command...
Cower is another good candidate to go away.
And I still can't figure a way to place pet abilities on a regular bar. So, I don't see how your idea could be implemented.
