Allows Raid Leaders and Officers to send warnings to raid members to help keep them on the ball tactically. The same addon is the transmitter and the receiver, so ideally the entire raid should have it running.
Unlike /rw and /w, this addon allows varing degrees of attention-grabbing behaviour, from a simple message, to locking the player's controls and blanking their screen (briefly, or, if you're really mean/they're really asking for it, until the end of the fight).
You can set yourself to refuse to be locked out, though that would be defeating the point a little. It's there though if the RL is a jerk and you need it.

You can plug events into these warnings very easily, just call:
Where:
command - "warning" always, it's here because I may implement more later.
target - name of player to warn, or "%t" for target or "raid" for all raid.
degree - 0 for nothing (clear any active warnings), 1 for a message, 2 for a message with a fullscreen shade, and 3 for a control lock. The exact behaviour may change in future versions.
duration - number of seconds to hold the warning. 'nil' is 'until end of combat' (or 5s if not in combat).
message - the message to show them

I wasn't aware that you could still auto-lock people pulling threat. I figured that would be something Blizzard took away for playing the game too much for you.
I'd try it out, but I won't be touching raids until WotLK.
