What is this?
oUF_D3Orbs is a layout file for oUF and you need the oUF framework to run it.

News
New animation on the orbs since the m2 files aren't working anymore. I am now using rotating galaxies instead.

What does it?
- Unitframes
- Portraits
- Castbars
- Diablo Orbs (your player frame)
- Actionbar _background_ textures

How do I move units?
There is a frame position table in the config. Change x and y.

The fog is to bright can I make it "lighter"?
Yes, you can. Adjust the fog_smoother variable in the config.

Can I disable units?
Sure, this thing is a layout file and you can do anything here. Units will be "spawned". Just search for "spawn" in the lua file and comment out the units you don't want with a "--" at the beginning of the line.

Can I disable castbars?
Sure, find the CASTBAR calls and comment out the call. Do not edit the function, just comment out the function call.

I only want the orbs! Mimimi!
Use rBottomBarStyler.

Can I scale parts of the units?
There are some scaling variables in the config

My resolution is to small!
UI scaling will help you out there, go to the graphic settings in World of Warcraft and activate UI scaling.

Config
You can set this mod up by opening the oUF_D3Orbs.lua with Notepad or some editor of your liking. All the major settings can be made at the config area.

First off, really nice UI, i'm a real D2 geek just waiting for D3 so this was just awesome

Been looking through the oUF_D3OrbsRaid.lua files trying to change the width of the raid frames without any success, the only thing i've tested with result was the standard "local size = 40" to 60 but that changes both width and height so im wondering if it's possible to just change the width without the height changing

Is it possible to grab ONLY the Actionbar _background_ textures ?
so it works ingame ofcourse.
I tried grabbing only the rtextures folder, but as there is nothing there but textures (duh), it doesnt work.

Edit: Figured it out. Just grabbed rbbs and removed some .tga's and it was lovely.

How Do i change the lua to output actual HP value instead of the abbreviated HP value? For example, can I make it show HP as something like 32876 instead of 32.8k, same with the mana orb im quite new to editing lua files so a explanation would be sweet! thanks =).

Had a question about scaling if anyone can help. I have oUF and oUF D3Orbs installed and set the scale from .82 to 1 as described in the FAQ. The scaling works, however now the orbs do not have the fill in them. The number output and galaxy graphic/color is there but no moving fill. How can I fix it to add the fill back in?

Also is there any way to change the lua to output actual HP value instead of the abbreviated HP value? For example, can I make it show HP as something like 34560 instead of 34.5k?

Edit: Solved my 2nd question about HP. Still having issues with the fill due to changing the scale.

i have a problem with the textures....
i use the bar addon "bartender"
when i move the bars over the textures i can't klick the buttons but i see them...
how can i make it work???



is there someone who can help me... wait since one day for an answer.... my interface is looking bad and i need an answer

Totem timer~

hello, I realy like your addons.
I try to add totem timer using oUF_Totem.
they give some sample code so ,I added it into the D3orb.lua, but it didn't work.
how can i solve this problem??

You can edit your class color in rColors or you can set a preset color in oUF_D3Orbs.lua config area. Open that file with Notepad++ or sth else. The config area is at the top.

oUF 1.3.21 is not patch 3.3 compatible. Update to oUF 1.3.24 or higher.

I got the message on bugsack.... and ingame, the only one is see are the two orbs .... but i miss the textures.... got them in the folder but i can't see them in the game....

when i have a group .... i don't see the group member display...

please help me.... now i used eepanels to show the textures around the orbs

Thumbs down Party Targeting?

UI Kicks ass! I have one question though, Is there a party targeting System by chance?

If there isn't do you have a way to turn off the party mod so I can use my own or your pearl one istead?

I was in forge of souls. No Vehicles there.


I found out what it is. When I have my ghoul pet as unholy the orb goes yellow.
How can I stop it from doing so.
