This is a replacement for my old addon 'Improved Castingbar'.

tPlayerCastbar redesigns Blizzards default Castingbar (like you can see at the screenshot) and enables drag & drop for it.

With version 0.1.2 i added a castbartimer to the castbar.

With version 0.1.3 i added a lagmeter to the castbar.

To all users that have the problem with castbar resizing: i don't get this error, i'm sorry, but i tried another thing to remove this thing. Please test version 0.1.3 if you want to help me with this. Thx a lot!


Addon Setup:

Change Texture / Font
You can change the bar texture or font if you change the files within the media directory.

Castingbar Configuration
Open the core.lua file and change the following lines:

Move the castbar
To move the Castbar type /tcb to toggle the dragframe on/off.

Hi everyone,

at the moment i'm rewritting some parts of this addon to add the following things:

- targetcastbar, mirrorbar and focuscastbar
- ingame configuration (maybe optional, we will see)

hope i get this things done within the next days

Hello,

I have a simple request. I like the addon but just want to see a static spell cast time displayed from the spell tooltip. So i can easily see how any temp buffs have reducing the overall casting time of a particualr spell in any moment during a fight.

I can see the bar moving beneath the text so don't need a numeric countdown text as well, just a static, haste buff adjusted, total time per cast.

Could you tell me if thats possible and what parameters to change to achieve that?

Hi everyone,

thx for your response to my addon.

@vacua: i've been busy at work at the moment, so there is no time to work at my addons i thing it's getting better next week so i will see what i can do for you.

@zohar101: hm... this is not even planned, and i even don't know how to realize that wish i have to read some things to get the theory about that and then i will see what i can do. as i told vacua, please be patient - i will take care of this next week.

I'm having the same issue except that, I play an SPriest & casting a holy spell while in shadowform stance will automaticly take me out of shadowform stance & this is when the castbar goes to a larger size, 6 or 8 times the normal height.

When the cast is complete it returns to normal size & I can continue to cast holy or shadow spells with no issues untill I return to shadowform stance & cast another holy spell.

Hope this helps

Also, any chance you can add a latency bar?

Figured it out :)
It happens if I'm channeling or casting something right before I die:

Before Death (normal size)


As I'm Dying (way bigger than normal)
