- Added slash command (/zbd lowest) to toggle showing lowest / average durability

- Added option to disable repair cost totals for equipped and bag items
- Added rudimentary options to configure what is visible (/zbd to see the options)

I was ridiculously lucky enough to get a SC2 beta key, so I've been doing a lot more of that than WoW for the past two weeks or so, but I'll get on this. I started modding this durability feed because I couldn't find what I liked in a broker durability addon, and now we have the chance to make a perfect one. If you have any more ideas and suggestions for what will make it perfect for YOU, put it down here. Your feature may only show up as an option, but I want to make this one the very best of them all.

Sure I like the info on the tool tip but the cost is NOT important to me, whether my lowest item is about to break is. I should be able to see at a glance if I need to repair or not. I've made a lot of changes to it, but I'm still very grateful he did all the hard work in figuring out the functions to get this working in the first place.
