This is a very simple addon, and should not interfer with any other addon, i decided to make this as i always did like all the old addons which added this feature but is currently broken or didnt have any option to change the skin.

Features: EliteFrame Changes your Unitframe to Rare, Rare Elite or Elite

you can change this in interface > Addons > EliteFrame.

Usage:
/eliteframe - to open options

addons which give unitframe much more features:
Adapt
Simpleunitframes

Fairly certain my level 6 bank mule doesn't deserve to be Elite. Where as, my level 80 most certainly does.

Fairly certain my level 6 bank mule doesn't deserve to be Elite. Where as, my level 80 most certainly does.

Does this do that? If not... Is there another addon that does this?

stole it? you need to be more exact before saying anything, the elite frames is inside WoW's image library
