3.2.3 Version Changes:
-This UI will now be released and updated for 1920x1080 resolution only. Many apologies to my smaller resolution users. I will keep the version 3.2.2 (1280x1024) archived on this download page. You can continue to use that version by simply updating the addons as updates become available.
-Removed Archeron (found that I did not use it enough to keep it)
-Removed Archud2 (wanted to go to unit frames instead of the 3D target box)
-Removed X-perl (not enough customization)
-Removed Quartz (the need for this addon was replaced by Pitbull4)
-Added Icehud
-Added Pitbull4
-Added Recount
-This UI now has Focus and Target of your Focus.
-The information on this page has been updated and includes new instructions for the latest version.
The following information is Important. Read it! I will do my best to check the tankspot thread linked at the bottom of this page as often as I can to provide support help. You can also check that thread and the comments on this download page to see if someone asked the same question as you and an answer was provided. Please take the time to check the sources available to you, including addon homepages, if you are having an issue with one.
Install Instructions:
1) Copy your Interface and WTF folders and store them somewhere safe, outside your WoW folder(this is to create a backup, if you do not like my UI ).
2) Delete the Interface and WTF folder from your WoW Folder.
3) Download the UI and extract it to your WoW Folder.
4) Go into your WoW folder and open the Boda UI folder. Then pull out the WTF and Interface folders and place them in the WoW folder. Once you have the WTF and Inteface folders out you can delete the empty Boda UI folder.
5) Go into the WTF Folder and rename the appropriate folders with YOUR info.
- Account Name (All Caps)
- Realm/Server Name (First Letter Cap)
- Change "Your Name" to your characters name (First Letter Cap)
6) Profiles: Log in and use the following slash commands to open the configs and select the "Bodasafa - Eldre'Thalas" profile for each:
/bt
/omen config
/icehud config
/pitbull
/buttonfacade
/rb win
/mbf
/recount config *You have to access it through the wow options. Hit "ESC" and select "Interface" then select the "Addons" tab, then select "Recount" and you will see it there.
/statuswindow
/sbf options
/chinchilla
/chatter
/sct menu
/kgpanels config
7) After you have enabled those addons with my profile, reload your UI.
8) Log out of wow to save the changes.
9) Log in and Enjoy.
Other Classes and Resolutions FAQ:
The resolution for this UI is 1920x1080, But you can use this UI for other resolutions. All you have to do is play with the UI scale via the in-game video options till it looks right. You may have to do some other adjustments such as unlocking the panels and addons to relocate and re-size them slightly. If your having trouble moving them go check out the download page for that addon. They generally have helpful tips listed there.
Please note I CANNOT tell anyone how to set this UI up for a different resolution. It is impossible for me to describe how to make this fit to your screen.
Additionally this UI can work with many other classes and specs. Please read the information for SBF located here: Satrina Buff Frames 3 and refer to those instructions if you are using this UI for other classes. This will help you set up the Target Debuffs (left of the center box) and your special ability procs (right of the center box) if you are not a warrior.
Suggested Macros:
- Recount Reset
In order to get the recount window to look clean I had to remove all the little icons. Due to this I would recommend making a reset macro for recount. Otherwise you will stack up a crap load of saved data and load up your memory.
/recount reset
- Focus
I found it helpful to create a simple focus macro. Target the person/mob you want to focus and click the macro.
/focus
- Target Self
I do not use a player portrait in this UI since Icehud shows my Health/Rage ect. I recommend that you key bind "target self" via the in-game key bind options to a key. When you press that key you will see "you" as the target in your target frame. You then right click your name to see the normal options you would get via a regular player portrait.

Originally posted by aastarius I often used to get issues with the Blizzard quest tracking including the message about needing to stop traking before I could add others. Turns out that for some of my toons Blizz was setting the default position of the frame "off the screen" and for others the "height" was a negative value!
The fix was to traverse the WTF directory down to the affected character and amend the layout-local.txt, specifically the section for "WatchFrame", e.g.:
In my case the H: had been set to -142, replacing it with 511 made it alll ok again.
No idea what caused it for me and like I said, was only affecting certain characters .... weird eh.
So in order to fix it you need to edit the code in the file? Seems like they could have given us an easier option.
I appreciate your response, but I am not comfortable changing blizzard code and risk breaking something over a trivial frame I don't even use. Ill wait for an in-game fix. After all I made the thing go away in game, there should be a way to bring it back in game.
Originally posted by Gamba Yes I have read and it does not work.
I have to set everything from scratch if I want it to 1680x1024.
Setting to scratch would mean you download all the addons in my compilation and configure the color, borders, backrounds, information displayed, and fonts.
None of which you have to do in order to get my UI to work for your resolution.
There is no short cut to it, you will have to unlock and re-size the addons to make them fit your screen. But the good news is that's rather easy. You just have to be willing to spend the time.

Originally posted by Isorien Hi Boda, awesome UI this I like it alot.
I got one problem though. One of your addons seems to bug up quest tracking from the questlog. It says I need to stop tracking some quests before I track anymore, but I am not tracking any quests yet I googled it abit and it seems its a common problem when the quest tracking frame is made to smal and no more quest can fit into the window, wow thinks the tracking frame is full but its really just not big enough for 1 quest.
How can you fix this and what addon would be causing this? Maybe its the minimap tracking addons?
When the qst objectives frame came out through blizzard I chucked it off to the side and made it see through, I noticed the same thing the other day and I have no idea how to fix it lol. So unfortunately I can't be of much help there. There might be something in the blizzard forums about how to bring it back up so you can clear it.
If you find out how let me know. Its not a big concern for me since all I do is raid and some dailies, but I would like it fixed for my UI users if I can in a future release.

Originally posted by sixtysíx hi there, really nice UI , currently using it. heres the problem for me i cant seem to find in recount config where your profile is .
You have to access it through the wow options.
Click your computer icon to log out and select "Interface" then select the "Addons" tab, then select "Recount" and you will see it there.
Strange how you cant select a profile through just typing the slash command to bring up the config window....
Ill make a note of it in my download instructions, thanks for pointing that out.

For the second question of mine. As a DK my rotation includes Dieases and knowing how long they are up. The current debuffs only shows over the target health and nothing specfic, which I would like. What I mean if you could add in your next update. So I can see how long the dieases is up on my target. Quartz is a good example for showing the debuffs how long they last in bars and seconds, that is what I would like, yet it take so much MB up that addon. Nothing else you can make up with that is lightweight?. And I would guess this would benfit many ppl, DK or not.
Now I got a new question. Nameplates. Control V usualy works for that and it does. Yet it targets everyone, which is annoying. Could you tell me how to only target enemies with nameplates please?
Thank you.
From what I can gather what you want is cooldown bars for your diseases right? You can do that with SBF , Satrina Buff Frames. There is a link in my download page under the Other Resolutions and Classes FAQ, that will take you to the home page for that addon. Read that info and you can learn how to create a new bar group to do just what you want.
For your new question regarding the Nameplates. As far as I know ALL key binds and macros are now saved server side to your account. So that would be a setting you need to change that you have and has nothing to do with my UI. Wish I could help more but I dont target nameplates.
If you are having trouble with Boda's profiles not showing up it may have something to do with the new requirement to change over to battle.net accounts. I tried my old account name, my new one, caps and notcaps for both and what ended up working (on the second try) was my old account name in caps. Note: I am referring to changing the names of the folders as mentioned in the directions when downloading this great UI from Boda.
Boda,
I am sorry to bother you but I am having the same trouble that others mentioned. Everything works fine but I am unable to find your profile to click on it under any of the addon options. I have tried both versions and went back and read over everything again. I noticed another user had this problem but they said they were able to fix it but did not say how they did so. If you know of any information I would really appreciate it.
Thanks, Sac
P.S. this is a fantastic compilation and I really appreciate the time and hard work you put into and for sharing it with the rest of us.
If your not getting my profiles your doing something wrong on your end with the install.
All my profiles come from the Saved Variables folder under the main Account in the WTF folder. So if your not deleting your old WTF folder completely and then replacing it with mine that could be the issue. I know some people try to mix and match stuff. Like keeping some of your stuff and mix it with mine.
You can do that but you have to know what your doing.
I would try going into your wow folder and outright deleting your Interface and WTF folder and then download my UI, extract it to your desktop. Open the Boda UI folder and drag and drop my WTF and Interface folders into where you deleted yours. Then go into the WTF and rename all the generic stuff like "Your Server" ect with your info. Check all the folders click on all of them and follow where they take you to check if you need to change something.

For your second question Im not really following you. Are you saying you want the debuffs on YOU, on the same side as the debuffs you APPLY?
If so just type /sbf options and move Frame2 that has the debuffs on YOU over to the other side.
Thank you for the targeting self.
