Found this tidbit of code a while back and have been using it. I've noticed that there are a few addons that will move the capture frame, but they seem to do 1,000 other things too.

This addon will move the capture frame, wherever you want it, by changing the values inside the lua file. Right now it's set to move them to the upper left corner.

Each part of the screen has an anchor. If you anchor it to top, I believe that is where it normally sits, 100 down maybe?
