No command, no config.

Just enable it in the Addons screen before you log into your character and it will disable the built in nUI rune frames on the Player Unitframe and the HUD. It will enable the standard Blizzard rune frame.

A few days ago I saw a rune frame in the upper left corner, is that the one spiel made?

No, it disable the pretty built in Rune frames from nUI and only shows you the default Blizzard one. To play a DK you just need to have nUI.
