Altered DagAssist menu for a death knight character.

DagAssist 2.03 Death Knight patch

This adds Runeforging and Death Gate to the menu for death knights in DagAssist 2.03. It includes only the DagAssist_Menu.lua file.

Disclaimer: If the mod's author updates it or just wants me to pull this, I will.

Update: As of 2 Dec. 08, Death Gate and Runeforging are in the official add-on.
