EventHorizon won't try to tell you what to use next - Shred has no cooldown or related effect to track in a raid environment, the only thing that would appear on its bar would be a tiny little one-pixel-wide line showing that you used it. There was a bit of a glitch on the first upload of that. Beta 4 has been released. I was apparently very wrong when I thought of a quick fix for the "now" indicator.
