WhisperRaidInfo
Update: There is a 3.1 compliant version avaliable for testing on the PTR! Thanks for using WRI!

A simplistic mod designed so others may view your raid lockout timers. When this addon is installed, others may whisper !raidinfo to you and get your current raid lockouts, IDs, time remaining, etc.

/w player !raidinfo

/wri - shows info in chat frame
/wri party
/wri raid
/wri guild
/wri say
/wri whisper [player]
/wri about - shows addon's information

Feel free to comment about this addon below. 0.1 alpha is the first release.

Ideas for the future:
Sync via guild channel so others can query the lockouts of all guild members who have the addon installed.
Provide specific timers in a list (ex. /wri guild 25man, /wri party 5man)


Change Log:

0.1.1a - Fixed the "attempt to call global 'round' (a nil value)" error, if you continue to have this issue, please comment.
0.2a - Fixed issues due to API changes in 3.1.
1.0 - This build should actually work.
1.2 - TOC Update for 3.2, ability to filter out changes coming in next version.

I think this would be very useful.

Only thing I do not like tho is that it will also give expired lockouts too. Really spams up whatever channel you display it too. Is there a way around that or can functionality be added to eliminate it?

Please, please fix for 3.1, i really miss this great mod. Currenlty if i use it, it prevents me from chatting to anyone via whisper. Basically making it unusable.

Please note that this addon is currently incompatable with 3.1. Hopefully I'll have it updated prior to 3.1 being released.

WRI_RaidInfo() is probably broken somehow, maybe because of a conflict with another addon. You don't have to do this, but it would be helpful if you turned off all other addons except WRI and see if you still have this issue. Also turn on errors in your interface settings (Main Menu --> Interface --> Help --> Display LUA Errors) and tell me if you get any errors from WRI.

If anyone else is also having this issue, feel free to try the same thing. A list of your current addons would be handy so I can track down the issue.

Perhaps I am merely using the addon incorrectly, but regardless of arguements used, it seems to only report "WRI: Currently saved to 4 instance(s)." and does not share the rest of the information.

Please advise.

Otherwise, it looks like a fantastic addon. Great idea.
