Life Tap Spam

A lock in our guild had a macro that would spam a healer every time he tapped so the healer would heal him. He then asked if it would be possible for me to write an addon that did it without the need of a macro so here it is.

/lts - Show/Hide the Frame
If you have the check box checked, it will spam the person who's name you entered.

Change Log - Life Tap Spam

v1.11
--Made it not spam "Spell not recovered" or "Fizzled" at your friends
--Made the check box actually work
v1.1
--Made it spam the exact amount of mana gained when not resting. (No combat event triggers when you are, as far as I could see)
--Wont shot unless you're a warlock.

Last I check, the ratio is not 1:1. Also, you could make it less spammy. Little do you know ...

I have ~5 friends in my guild who I've sent this to. It is a joke addon. If you don't like it and someone ends up spamming you with it, the fact that it's an addon doesn't break the whole /ignore or even reporting them for spam and harassment. I'm sorry that your sense of humor and mine differ so instead, I'll give you this:

If your healer isn't tossing a renew on you, it's not because she doesn't know you're low on health. If this was truly just a joke addon for a few friends, that'd be one thing. But since it's on WoWI, a number of locks will start using this for real.

You don't always need a heal. 2. When OOC I usually spam Life Tap to get all my mana back, this shouldn't send a message on every tap, only when I'm back to full mana or when my health drops below XX% with the last tap. 3. Allow the user to change the message, as well as the channel. Very nice idea. I can see this being very useful if you can make it a bit more healer friendly. __________________

My main was a healer for a long time so I've been there. The guy who wants it knows the healer personally and isn't going to use it on anyone else. It's really a big joke ... I just thought that someone else might want it too. <3
