INTRO

rActionBarStyler moves, scales and fades the Blizzard action bars. No graphical adjustments are made. Use rActionButtonStyler for that purpose. You can show/hide additional actionbars directly in the your interface settings.

For settings check the config.lua. Character specific adjustments can be added to the charspecific.lua.

The hotkey fontsize can be changed with rActionButtonStyler.

Hi zork thx for the awesome addon
1 small question
is there a way to change the cfg.hotkeys' font size in the LUA? (the UI i use disabled the /rabs in game) because i can barely see them after changing the scale.

Hey Zork
Was just wondering, if it hasn't been asked before, next time you have to update this if you could add a button limit? I like using this as I can set the scale and position universally for my characters without having to piss around with profiles but I also like to keep things minimal. IE 7 buttons to a bar.

I've checked my config.lua and bar3, bar4 and bar5 are all already set to false as well as combineBar4AndBar5. I've also got "Bottom Left Bar" enabled in the Blizzard options however "Bottom Right Bar", "Right Bar" and "Right Bar 2" are disabled.

As a quick test I can fly to Gorgrond and use the Mechashredder 5000 ability as it is classed as a vehicle. If I disable all addons except rActionBarStyler and rLib (just to rule out other addons causing the issue) then use the ability it removes bar1 and bar2 which I normally have active and shows the overridebar, which is fine. However, when I exit the vehicle whether it be manually or the game forcefully removing me from the vehicle it hides the overridebar, shows bar1 and bar2 again which is again all fine, but also causes MultiBarRight to show up even though it's disabled in both the Blizzard options and in config.lua.

I did some testing and downloaded a fresh copy of the addon and it stopped causing the MultiBarRight to appear when I exited the vehicle. I then copied the addon folder for rABS and rLib I originally had installed back however kept the original newly downloaded config.lua file and the problem had still stopped. I then tried the config I normally use and the problem re-appeared. So, it must be a problem with my config.

I used diffchecker.com to find the differences in both the newly downloaded config.lua and the one I normally use to see if I had broken it somewhere. Pretty much every change was either setting userplaced to false, changing scale, opacity or anchoring positions.

That is a link to the differences. The original is on the left and my edited config is on the right. The original is fine, however mine causes the erroneous MultiBarRight to appear when exiting a vehicle.

As one final test I just re-enabled all my addons using my versions of rABS and rLib that I've always been using (as well as my config.lua) and the MultiBarRight appeared when exiting a vehicle. I deleted config.lua and used the one that I just newly downloaded, reloaded the UI, tested the vehicle again and the problem had gone.

Any idea where I've gone wrong with my config?

First things first.

MultiBarBottomLeft -> bar2.lua
MultiBarBottomRight -> bar3.lua
MultiBarRight -> bar4.lua
MultiBarLeft -> bar5.lua

So according to your description you want to disable MultiBarRight.

Open the config.lua. Scroll to bar4. Since you do not want to use that bar you can disable the addon for that bar by setting enable to false.
Read the other settings aswell. If you do not want to combine bar4 and 5 disable that setting aswell.
If you don't use mouseover disable it aswell.

I have MultiBarRight turned off by default and just use the main action bar and MultiBarBottomLeft. MultiBarRight though keeps showing up when I exit a vehicle (where the vehicle bar shows up, not when using a mount). It appears, then quickly hides itself and then shows itself again and stays that way until I reload the UI and then it's gone. I thought another addon might be interfering with it but it does the same thing when I have nothing but rABS and rLib enabled.

Also the MultiBarRight that shows isn't "rABS_MultiBarRight", it's just "MultiBarRight".

Any idea?

Am I the only one having the issue with not being able to move the petbar? Showing it is all fine and dandy but it sits underneath half my other bars and is un-movable..

Good point. Open rActionBarStyler/core/petbar.lua and go to line 54. Remove the nomounted part. Thus make it look like this:

Pet bar

The pet bar does now show, however it is un-movable. /rabs unlock does show the movebox for all the bars (including the petbar) however moving the move box does not move the actual petbar.
I unfortunatly get no LUA errors related to rlib or ractionbarstyler at any point.

Also, my extra action button still does not show up on the UI.

Re: Actionbar 6 and a few minor questions

The mousewheel bar cannot be displayed sorry. You would need to create 12 new action buttons and map them to the hidden bar. That is not the purpose of this mod.

The ExtraBar is the ExtraActionButton for quests/bosses. So yes.

You can create frames with kgPanels.
