:: Introduction

This UI is no longer continued. It will probably not work with newer versions of the game.

This is Air UI Core! This compilation looks basically the same as my generic Air UI but has less addons included.
This UI supports both widescreen & normal resolution! It was created with 1920x1200 (wide) & 1600x1200 (normal) resolution.

:: Installation

Offline
  1. Backup your current UI (as a fallback!) which includes the following folders: Fonts, Interface, WTF
  2. Delete the Fonts, Interface & WTF directories
  3. Unzip the archive into your WoW directory
  4. Rename either the WTF (Widescreen) or the WTF (Normal) folder to WTF
  5. Open the just renamed WTF folder and go into "Account"
  6. Now rename "YOUR-ACCOUNT-NAME" to whatever your account name is (remember to use caps)
  7. Also rename the "Your-Realm-Name" folder in the Account directory and the "Your-Character-Name" folder in the Realm directory
Note: I included a template for the character folder. Use it for your other characters!

Online
  1. Log in to your character (the one which after you renamed the "Your-Character-Name" directory)
  2. Make sure that no UI Scale is set (unmark the checkbox)
  3. Copy UI Profiles
    • Bartender: [ /bt ] > Profiles > Copy from: Twirl - Thrall
    • Satrina Buff Frame ESC > Interface > AddOns > SatrinaBuffFrame > Global Options > Copy from: Twirl - Thrall
  4. Reload your UI with [ /reload ]
  5. Read Updating AddOns & Notes as well
:: Updating AddOns
  • Surely you can update you're addons as you like, but keep in mind, that I made some customization to certain folders. These will be lost. I will post an up to date compilation-file from time to time.
  • Important: Do not update SharedMedia! Textures and borders won't be recognized anymore (unless you backup & restore the SharedMedia.lua file & content of the storage folders).
:: Notes
  • This is not an optimal UI for druids because they have more stances than I have action bars left.
  • I don't deliver a Config.wtf with the UI, this means that you have to copy over your old one (to ...\World of Warcraft\WTF) or reset your configuration.
  • If you have specific key bindings and/or macros, copy back the appropriate files into the new folders. Setting key bindings (also for custom action bars) will always be up to you.
  • Sometimes PitBull screws up. Just reload your UI and it's fine again.

Hey there

Sorry for my late reply. I'm quite consumed with other things right now.

I will make an AirUI Core version of the actual Widescreen UI and I'm also planing do deliver the configuration for more resolutions... since I won't change to much about the UI anymore.

But It'll take time

finally a 1600x1200 ui! i never used one because of the size. ty. i think itll work fine for a druid/. but cant you make the original air uio for 1600x1200?

It is OptionLessHouse. I only added it to the compilation for the screenshot.
