This is just a small spin-off addon I made for myself to clear up the spam I get from promoting members en masse.

It collects all the info on who has been promoted(in the last few seconds), and colates it into one line.

Currently just works for promotions and kicks, but i'll happily add extra if people want.

Note that due to the way this addon works, your promotion/kick messages wont show up until 15 seconds after they occur. Obviously if you auto promote or auto kick then you can set this time much lower.
