PMS (Premade Making System): Wintergrasp
Please read the decription before downloading:

This addon is an alpha and so although i have tested it as much as possible, it will probably still contain bugs. Please treat it as such.
Also, although when it is fully completed it will be useable for preparation for all raids/premades/events, currently it is most suited to wintergrasp. (hence the name)

What it does
For wintergrasp:
If you have spoken to the wintergrasp guy, it will:
inform the guild of when they next wintergrasp is, if anyone asks 'when is wintergrasp?' 'how long till wg?' etc
it will auto start invites when there are 20 minutes until wg starts.
once it has started the invite process, it will:
send a message to guild and trade saying 'wg starting in x minutes, /w me for invite'

If you are in wintergrasp or dalaran it will auto invite anyone who says 'inv' or 'invite' in /s, /w or /1
if someone in the raid whispers you saying 'invite "name"', it will invite "name"
if anyone asks for assistant it will automatically give it to them.
if the raid becomes full, it will stop the guild/trade announcements, and reply 'raid full sorry' to anyone that whispers for an invite.

For other premades:
it will announce to the guild only that the premade recruitment is beginning, and then once a minute for 5 minutes. It will also stop recruiting when the size of the premade is met.

Please note that this addon allows any guild member to create a premade through you.
to disable it, type '/pms'
to started a premade, whisper yourself with premade and the name you want, currently supported:
wsg, av, ab, eots, sota, wg,
eg 'premade wsg'

then whisper yourself 'noguild' to allow none guild members to automatically join by whispering you 'invite', or 'cancel' to cancel the whole premade.

Coming pretty soon:
balance the raid/premade by class
allow a minimum ressi to be set
add a notify list for people who want to be whispered every time you start a wg raid
set it so that only you can create/cancel premades.

To Do:
sync both the timer and announcer with other copies of the addon.

Yeh it would only need a few tweaks, but ideally it would need a GUI. It's kinda at the bottom of the pile atm behind buffed and buffskin. soz!

Yes, if you could make it so we can broadcast to any channel we want IE; Trade Chat to look for ppl wanting premades, zomg, this addon would rock on hard core. Im sure it would only take some minor tweaks *Hint*Hint*

Looks like an interesting mod ...

But I got a question/suggestion.

As it seems now you invite anyone/everyone that say 'inv' or 'invite' in the Say, Raid or Guild chat.

But this could be invites for other things as well.

As an option maybe?
Is there a chance maybe that the addon could make and/or join a channel in WoW, like lets say 'PMS_Winter' when someone make a PMS pre for Winter.

This would make everyone that uses PMS would be able to get together and join eachother. Also a option to only accept /w inv/invite commands would be nice. Or only Raid and Guild etc.

Simply what channel to listen for invites in as well as maybe a special channel for invites just for the different PvP stuff, like mentioned PMS_Winter, PMS_Warsong etc.

the code is semi prepared for expanding it to raiding, i just need to find a good system for getting the role of the player that wishes to join (tank/healer/dps) when they are non guild members.

This looks very nice.
I'll favourite it and then come back to it when I start pvp.
Instead of saying 'wg' you could perhaps link achievements. For things such as 'For the Alliance/Horde!'
Also, maybe it could look it be expanded to raiding?

Another question would be, do you know how to find line 269, 350 and 597 o.o?
I use wordpad for lua editing but if theres any other program i'll be glad to use it.

sure, erm i think if you change "GUILD" to "YELL" or "SAY" on lines 269, 350 and 597 it should do the job

i plan on having a decent menu in a future version so you can select which channels to announce to.

any other requests etc would be ace.

Hi just have 1 small question, my guild is very strict about spams, so is there anyway to annouce in /say or /yell instead of gchat ?
