Abyssal UI
Updated for 3.1 so only download if your previous setup refuses to work or a new user

Thanks to all who helped me accomplish a 1,000 mark download.

I'm looking for some screenshots of the different variations of my UI. Could anyone upload some? Preferably non-warrior. Attach the links to the comment box.

Install Instructions :
1) BACKUP then delete your Interface and WTF folders.

2) Download the UI and extract it to your WoW Folder.

3) Go into your WoW folder and open the Aby UI folder. Then pull out the WTF and Interface folders and place them in the WoW folder.

4) Go into the WTF Folder and rename the appropriate folders with YOUR info.
- Account Name (All Caps)
- Realm/Server Name (First Letter Cap)
- Change CHARACTER_NAME to your characters name (First Letter Cap)

5) Go to www.curse.com, download and install the addon manager. All the addons for this UI come from it. This will update all of the addons every time you exit WoW.

6) Log in and use the following slash commands to open the configs and select the "Abyssul" profile for each:
-Bartender
-ButtonFacade
-Grid
-SexyMap
-Prat

8) Log out of wow to save the changes.

9) Log in and Enjoy.

Other Classes and Resolutions FAQ:
The resolution for this UI is 1280x1024 (4:3). But you can easily use this UI for other resolutions. All you have to do is play with the UI scale via the in-game video options till it looks right. You may have to do some other slight adjustments. This is all easily done by unlocking the anchors or left click dragging. eePanels might be a pain to configure. If you have trouble, then tell me and I might be able to help.

Additionally this UI can work with many other classes and specs. However I would only advise this if you know how to use the config's for the addons in this UI.

This UI is specifically designed for several things:
- Warriors
- Click Players
- Raid Tanks
- Active Raiders
- 4:3 Resolution

Addons not included:
-Atlas
-AtlasLoot
-Blizzard's Default
-Cartographer
-Questhelper
-Other various small addons

If you have any questions/comments/suggestions Or if you find any bugs please reply here in the comments. I will try and check back as often as possible.

I also have a thread I check more frequently here:

Thanks for the help. I just have those in there because I'm no aware of what one's are active and used, so I would rather them just be in the folder so the addons would work.

I'll work on cleaning the libraries.

You do not need the standalone copies of Ace2, Ace3, CallbackHandler-1.0, LibBabble-Boss-3.0, LibDogTag-3.0, LibHealComm-3.0, LibSharedMedia-3.0, LibStub, and SharedMediaLib. Any addons that need any of these libraries already embed them (include a copy inside their own folder). Including the standalone copies is purely redundant, confuses users, and actually makes WoW take longer to load by increasing the number of files it must read off the hard disk.

CallbackHandler-1.0 and LibStub in particular are designed to never be standalone.

SharedMediaLib is ancient, and any addon still using it probably doesn't even work with the current version of WoW.

LibRock-1.0 is also a library, but FuBar incorrectly lists it as a required dependency and so won't load if the standalone copy isn't present, even though FuBar already includes an embedded copy.

Open bartender again via /bar then uncheck the "lock" button. The action bars should highlight green and become dragable.

Unlock the action bars via Bartender.

Type /bar into chat, then uncheck "Button Lock."

Another alternative is SHIFT + Drag the buttons around as it creates the same kind of effect for quick shifts in abilities for certain fights.

If that doesn't solve your issue then please comment back as I might have misunderstood your problem.

There is no chat command that I know of sadly. You just have to change the settings through the Interface-Addons(tab) within the WoW Client; not the directory.

It should be in WoW's interface menu in the Addon's tab. Named "Nameplates."

IMO:
The DPS frame should be moved where the player frames are, (to equal out the mini map) and then the player frames should be dropped down by the action bars. I think this would improve this UI quite a bit. BUT give Kgpanels a different look underneith the damage done like the mini map.

Just my opinion.
Everyone has their own tastes and opinion. You could easily change the settings in my UI though. If you want the Health Unit frames in the actions bars then go ahead, just unlock and drag. If you dislike the HUD, then disable them; quick and simple.

I'm still thinking over whether do put the minimap on fade out until hovered over. Putting recount in the top left of my UI would kind've set off the symmetry which is what I like to aim for.
