**This is a fan update to get it working with wrath. I only had to change the event functions to pass the "self" attribute correctly, rather than using the outdated "this".***

Displays the remaining XP you can get under Rest Bonus at
the start of the experience bar.

The amount of experience you can get before your rest bonus
state expires is displayed. The number updates itself
continually while you are in an inn, and disappears when
you no longer have any rest bonus.

Based on XPtoGo, which displays the experience remaining
to level up at the end of the experience bar.

*Note: This is a stand alone mod. It does not require XPtoGo to function.

-Added a percentage display so you can see how rested you are. Handy for if you are leaving an alt in an inn till full before taking them out into the world.
-Change the rest display number. When it says "+64 rested experience" it will now only subtract 64 from the rest amount. Was a personal petpev of the way that the game reports rest.
