Background:
As the guild master of a PvP guild, i occasionaly organise events like last man standing in Gurubashi arena, and 1v1 dueling tournaments.
Due to the problems of coordinating a dueling tournament of more than 40 people, allong with people entering/leaving the raid to prevent buffs/being seen, managing this event was getting pretty tough.
I developed this addon for my own personal use, but thought i may as well share the code for anyone interested it basically just makes a tournament out of all nearby duels.

What it does:
-Records all nearby duels
-Gives players a 1v1 rating and rank
-Players win/lose rating in a similar way to arena: beating someone better than you gives you more rating.
-Adds player info to their tooltips

Slash commands:
/tourn followed by:
clear - clears the entire tournament table
toggle - toggles recording of duel information on/off
reset [name] - use this if you see someone cheating, to reset their score
say top# - announce the top # (eg. 10) number of players in /say
who [name] - tells you information for that player

Commands other players can whisper to you:
rank - tells them their rank
rank# - tells them who is ranked at #
rating - tells them their rating
who [name] - tells them the info for that player
who [name] say - says the info for that player
top# replies to them with info for the top # players. (max of 20)
