Works well. Except for one big thing thing.

Flamestrike does not have a 30 second duration as this mod counts down from, it has an 8 second duration. Consequently, as it is, the mod isn't useful at all. Why have a bar counting down from 30 seconds when it has no relation to what's actually happening?

This 8 second Flamestrike duration was not different when the mod was released, so don't know what the author was thinking...heh. There is no in-game option to modify the time either. But...there is a simple fix to get the mod working properly.

1) Open TheFloorIsOnFire.lua with a proper text editor.
2) Head to line 23.
3) Change the existing
Code:
local dur = 30 --Flame Strike duration
to
Code:
local dur = 8 --Flame Strike duration
(just the number is changed; it refers to the Flamestrike duration shown on the timer bar).
4) Save the file, restart WoW.

You will now get a proper 8-second The Floor Is On Fire timer bar for all your Flamestrikes.

EDIT: a bit more research and have discovered that The Floor Is On Fire--along with CloneTimer by the same "author"--is basically a direct code ripoff of Frozen (by Seerah) that was released before those two mods were. No credit is given to Seerah anywhere. A few lines were changed in each mod to show the proper spells counting down, but otherwise its a code ripoff.

Which would be fine if author credit was given, but its not. Not cool.
