Items I knew I had went invisible (for example putting a tabard into the bank and it obviously took up a bank slot, but wasn't able to be seen anywhere), and a couple of items when pulled from the bank were completely grayed out. That's where I really find it necessary as I have a ridiculous amount of old armor not in armor sets and so the right side almost goes from top to bottom of my screen. I'd like to create a custom container for Tabards/Holiday clothes, but it only seems to apply to the normal bags. EDIT: Never mind! I missed it down at the bottom of the options printout.
